Celebrate Lunar New Year

January 22, 2023 until January 29, 2023

Usher in the Year of the Rabbit with China Chilcano’s Lunar New Year Celebration! From January 22nd to 29th, enjoy limited-time dishes from Head Chef Daniel Lugo and expertly crafted cocktails from the bar.

A symbol of abundance and unity, whole fish are key to any Lunar New Year celebration. The Zhá yú, whole fried fish with Taucheong Sauce, cilantro, ginger scallions and fresno pepper, is our take on this delicious tradition. End your meal with a sweet treat – Tang Yuan, glutinous rice balls with burnt honey black sesame filling in a rosewater and ginger broth. Tang Yuan are more than an ideal end to your dinner, they also symbolize togetherness and reunion. Complemented by cocktails like our "Tea Service," made with Pu’Er aged black tea, Ron Cartavio 2 year aged Peruvian rum, cinnamon and orange, it's the best way to celebrate.
