José Andrés Group has partnered with GOOD Meat, the world’s first-to-market cultivated meat company, to create an incredible dish at China Chilcano using their cultivated chicken.
A limited number of reservations will be available to try the GOOD Meat Anticucho, cultivated chicken marinated with anticucho sauce, native potatoes, and ají Amarillo chimichurri. This dish will be served as part of our exclusive Tasting Menu, only available by pre-reserving. Reservations will be available for Tuesday nights only. Limited to groups of 2 or 4.
